A smaller version of our premiere cooking block. With the serving plate, you can serve fresh sushi, raw vegetables or meat cold cuts and like dishes cooked on the salt plate, they will still receive the salt flavor from the serving plate.
You can also cook your meals on the serving plate on the grill, on the oven or on the stove top.
